Noell Anderson
General Contractor, Owner
Project Manager
Noell began his career in the family construction business in 1985, where he gained valuable experience in carpentry, masonry, concrete, mechanical, electrical,, excavation, and site development.
By 1995, he was constructing high-end custom homes, and within a decade, he shifted to light commercial construction, managing the development of over one million square feet of hotels, cineplexes, retail spaces, restaurants, offices, and parking structures.
His significant projects include the Indigo Hotel in Traverse City, MI; Brambleton Town Center in Brambleton, VA; and the Wingate Hotel in Gulfport, MS. Noell is committed to delivering the highest quality workmanship in all his projects.
Gerald F. Tisdell

Construction Manager

Gerald, or Jerry as he's known by, has been a licensed certified general contractor in the State of Florida since 1987. He is a graduate of the South Florida Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship and Training Program.
Jerry's background includes an extensive working knowledge of the construction process, site development, site preparation and underground infrastructure.
His many accomplishments include the residential homes of Oprah Winfrey and Steve Ross, the owner of the Miami Dolphins. He has also overseen the construction of Applebee's Restaurants, several retail stores, 100,00 sf of the Miami International Airport, as well as multiple schools in Broward County, FL.
Steven Beck
Manager
As Manager, Steven specializes in overseeing projects from inception to completion. He works to ensure that all projects stay on budget, in scope, and on schedule. His strong leadership, communication skills, and commitment to quality ensure every job is handled with professionalism and meets the highest standards.
Jenny Anderson
Operations
With years of experience as a paralegal, Jenny uses her detailed, and organized work ethic to ​ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly. She handles all customer communications and expectations with clear and concise communication, ensuring our clients happiness.
